VentAdmin Solutions provides a software platform for HVAC system supervision, air exchange rate optimization, and indoor environmental health monitoring. Our services include centralized sensor data collection, automated damper control, filter maintenance cycle tracking, and compliance-ready reporting for commercial facilities and residential complexes. We do not provide physical HVAC installation, equipment repair, or on-site engineering services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Facility managers must ensure that sensor placements and system configurations accurately reflect the physical layout of their buildings. You agree to notify us promptly at info@ventadmin.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Our platform relies on data from sensors installed in your facility. While we strive to provide accurate readings and automated alerts, we do not guarantee that sensor data is error-free or that our algorithms will detect every ventilation issue. You remain responsible for verifying critical air quality measurements and for complying with all applicable health and safety regulations in your jurisdiction.
VentAdmin Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost energy savings, regulatory penalties, or health issues related to indoor air quality. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
We aim to maintain high availability of the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, network outages, or sensor communication failures may temporarily affect data collection and reporting. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance that may impact your dashboard or automated controls.
All software, dashboards, algorithms, documentation, and visual elements provided through the VentAdmin platform are the intellectual property of VentAdmin Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent. Data generated from your facility's sensors remains your property.
You may stop using the platform at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the platform in a manner that disrupts service for other customers. Upon termination, you may export your historical sensor data within 30 days of the termination date.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
